How do I pick which thread material to use?
The right material depends on the intended use of the apparel. We offer materials such as cotton for comfort, polyester for durability and moisture-wicking properties, and blends that combine the best of both worlds. If you are looking for something more specific send us a picture for reference on the Order Form and we will find what you’re looking for!
What are the available sizes?
We offer ranges from XS to 6XL, including options for youth, men, and women. Each item has a different size chart available to help you find the perfect fit.
Having the correct artwork makes all the difference!
Here’s a list of the requirements to make sure your prints are perfectly VIVID:
Artwork File
For the best print quality, we recommend submitting your design in vector format (AI, PDF, EPS). High-resolution PNG and JPEG files are also acceptable. Ensure the resolution is at least 300 DPI for clear and sharp prints.
Color Matching
To ensure the most accurate color reproduction, please send the artwork with its PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors specified.

- Review the digital proof sent by us on time to make sure your items get to you fast!
- Approve or request adjustments. We charge a fee of $75 dollars for every hour worked on your design. Please consider that any changes will affect the ETA of the products.
